Consent to the processing of personal data
By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject gives consent to the company Slavianka, s.r.o. with registered office at Športová 11, 97201 Bojnice, ID: 52555666, registered in the public register kept at the District Court of Trenčín, section s.r.o., file 42641/R (Hereinafter referred to as "Administrator"), that in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Data") processed the following personal data of the person concerned:
- name and surname
- company name
- address
- telephone number
Name, surname, company name, address, telephone number and e-mail must be processed for the purpose of sending tax documents, shipping and transporting ordered products, business announcements and performing other marketing activities by the administrator towards you. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 3 years, but the longest, however, until the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing).
Processing of personal data
By agreeing to the processing of personal data, the person concerned gives his express consent to the above-mentioned processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to info@futurart.sk
- The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator. Personal data may also be processed by the following processors: Shopify Ind. (operator of the e-commerce system), Websupport, s.r.o. (hosting provider) Stripe Inc (invoicing for accounting purposes), and 123 courier, s.r.o. (shipping and transportation of shipments)
Rights to correction, oblivion and access to the personal data of the person concerned
Please note that according to the Personal Data Protection Act, the data subject has the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information from us on what personal data we process,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request a statement of this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- request us to delete this personal data,
- in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
